This characteristic water mill from the 18th century was completely renovated in 2018 and is located on 4 acres of private land, with a stream as its natural border. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, but also want to discover the region.
Inside you will find a spacious living room (58 m²),
a fully equipped kitchen (18 m²) and 5 comfortable bedrooms with box spring type beds. 4 Bathrooms, all ensuite with the bedrooms, provide privacy and convenience. The “master bedroom” Ch1 and Ch 3 have a walk-in closet. Ch 1 has its own access to the terrace and pool.

In the Lot, our holiday home is surrounded by beautiful nature. Located in the middle of the AOC Cahors, there is of course the opportunity to visit wineries and taste fine wines.

There is plenty to do in this very varied area. Besides wine tasting, local markets, zoo visits at Gramat; visit places like Cahors, Saint Cirq-Lapopie, Pech-Merle, Bonaguil.
Outdoor life & relaxation
The 80 m² raised terrace adjoins the heated saltwater pool and is equipped with a lounge area and dining table. Everything to enjoy the view, a good book or a glass of local wine.
The fully equipped outdoor kitchen (47 m²) with BBQ, grill, fridge and large dining table is perfect for long summer evenings - even if the weather is a bit disappointing.
